When good girl Leah Randolph goes off to college, she thinks she is leaving behind all her problems. However, things become increasingly complicated when Leah finds herself falling for her resident advisor Theo James, who is very much in a relationship. 

To tangle things further, Noah Thomson follows Leah halfway across the country to UA (the fictional University of  Austin), where she has to deal with the repercussions of her past and present all under one roof. Leah is quickly swept into a troublesome situation that brings both pleasure, heartache, and somehow self-discovery.
