My name is Chloe Matthes, I've been a bionic kids for as along as I can remember. I have weird powers, that I can and cannot control a lot of the time. I went away for 10 years when I was 7 years old, to learn how to control my powers. I moved to Centum City when I turned 17 years old.
Main powers are visions, I can shoot water out of my hands, and superspeed.
