[read to the end, please!]
          
          Hey, everyone! I know I haven't been active for FOREVER; I've been really busy with school as well as extracurriculars and have taken a step back from Wattpad for a while. 
          
          That being said, I still have many stories I haven't finished, let alone started. One in particular has been left in my drafts for TWO YEARS, and I decided it's finally time for me to work on it. It's called 'Dying Heart, Living Soul' and is a retelling of Sleeping Beauty. The summary is below!
          
          "A blessing goes terribly wrong, tainted by the envy of a faceless monster. A curse ravages the land, silencing all those who breathe. A girl falls into an eternal sleep, escaping death to experience something far worse. 
          
          For years, the land of Aurora has suffered under Maleficent's rage.. until one day, Briar Rose awakens, brought back by a prince. But the world Briar returns to has transformed in her absence - demons roam the land, humans remain forever asleep, and fairies struggle to hold the remnants of peace together. 
          
          Briar finds herself entangled in the middle of the conflict, with her prince alongside her, as she discovers to her dismay that her happily ever after is still hopelessly beyond reach.. and that even though she has woken up from her dreams, her nightmares are just beginning."
          
          I really hope this interests some of you! I'd really appreciate it if you could check it out. I made the decision to post it on Tapas because posting small, bite-sized chapters is encouraged there, and I feel like it's easier for me to fit it into my schedule if I write shorter chapters. A few chapters are already up!

I will not be able to update 'The Last Ever After' today! My apologies,  but I have been very busy this week. 
          (For editing: I may be delayed for that too, so I'm sorry if it inconveniences you)

Okay, I have an idea! 
          
          The fan fiction I'm currently writing - The Last Ever After - will now be updated once a week, hopefully. In each update, there will be a special bonus excerpt involving me exploring about the first and second book.
          
          Example: 
          Say I update today, and there's also a bonus piece about Sophie and Agatha's return to Galvadon and whatnot. 
          I would finish the chapter and then write 'Bonus: Agatha's and Sophie's Return' which would be about 500 to 1000 words. If the chapter exceeds six votes by the time I update again, then I'll write another bonus for the next chapter. Be sure to check the chapter 'Third Time's the Charm' for this week's bonus! Remember to comment and vote if you like it!
