Hey everyone! After seeing your responses to the recent poll (thank you to all of you who voted), the top suggestion was to create a space where readers can share plot ideas. So here it is — our idea corner!
This space is open to everyone, especially the shy and silent readers who usually stay in the background — your voice matters just as much, and your ideas might be exactly what I need to get unstuck.
A gentle reminder: Please avoid toxic or harmful plot suggestions.
I’m excited to read every single one.

Actually it is like thriller romcom like something.
I was quiet intrested in investigation type genres like I am a huge fan of CID and I also watched special ops recently...and secondly I am die hearted fan of KL Rahul and cricket. So this plot is a mixer of it
we can take ICT characters as trained officials in a investigation bureau(ADVI – Aegis Directorate of Vigilance & Intervention)it is only logistical but also is involved in ground zero missions as well.

          Side characters(important)
Retired heads: Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar
Training officer: Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina.
Heads of investigation bureaus and selectors: Gautam Gambhir, MS Dhoni

          Main leads
KL Rahul (head of ADVI):One of the best officer the bureau ever had. He is best cyber and logistics. He is incredible not only on papers or cyber but also with guns or knocking enemies down as well. At last he is all round head of ADVI

Hardik Pandya (sub head):He is best friend of Rahul and also one of a great officer on ADVI. He also serve as all rounder in bureau.

          Virat, Rohit, Shreyas
Rishab, Bumrah, Bhuvi, Siraj, Shubman, Ishan, Abhishek, Sanju,Yashasvi

These characters are part of different departments in ADVI. If you will make this fiction then you can divide the departments accordingly

@Ritazyas thank you for considering it though and I will be grateful if you work on it in future. I was just excited to share my thoughts as this is my first time communicating with someone as I am quite a silent reader and reserved person.

But really thank you so much to give it a thought n to add it in your bucket list

@Ritazyas Thank you very much for sharing your plot idea. A mystery thriller in the style of CID, developing case-by-case, is an absolutely brilliant concept, and I deeply appreciate your confidence in my writing for it.

I myself have read countless mystery thrillers that follow a similar case-by-case structure, and I find the genre incredibly compelling. However, as you know, crafting a truly suspenseful environment and maintaining the integrity of an investigation novel requires an immense amount of research and detailed planning.

Unfortunately, I must be realistic about my current schedule. I am already dedicated to actively working on two separate stories right now, and creating the kind of intricate suspense this thriller demands requires my full, undivided attention.

While this project is definitely going on my bucket list because I am a huge mystery thriller fan, I sincerely apologize that I won't be able to start working on it right away. I truly hope that one day in the future, I will be able to write the kind of mystery thriller novel you suggested.
Since you share a passion for this specific type of investigation novel, I wanted to recommend one of my personal favorites: "Silent Reading" (Mo Du) by Priest.
Please note that this book is not suitable for younger readers, as the crimes depicted can be quite gorey. It's very much an adult thriller. I highly recommend it for its complex plotting, even though I must admit I haven't completed it myself! I stopped for a time and when I tried to resume, I realized I had completely forgotten the side characters and felt a bit lost. It's the kind of book that demands your full focus, but its quality is undeniable.

Can you write one story on Mallika Singh

ChronicleInk

@Saloni_567 To be honest, I'm unfamiliar with Mallika Singh, but I'll certainly look into her. My next full story is already planned, so I can't commit to a whole book on Mallika Singh right now. However, I'd love to try a oneshot for you!
Let me know more about why you'd like to read her story. And before I write it, could you share a few key details about her personality or the main vibe I should capture? But please know I will need some time to research and explore the character before I commit to writing.

Hey everyone,

I'm starting to work on some really important parts of the story – the past events that shaped our characters. These moments are key to understanding why they are the way they are now. Even though these chapters will come out later, I am creating a rough draft for them now, and I'd love your help.
I'm currently looking for ideas on two things:

          • Names for Abhishek's Friends: Abhishek has a group of friends he hangs out with since college. They also play a small part in the past events. I am currently stuck at deciding the member of the squad. Since Abhishek is cool,so should be gang members, right.
          • Hardik's ex-husband: This character is very important to Hardik's past. I've been thinking of naming him Prem. What do you think about that name? Does it feel right, or do you have other suggestions?

Your ideas always make the story better. Please share your thoughts in the comments below.
