          I’ve been through hell and back , so again, sorry I haven’t been on

Aight, so I’m not gonna tell the whole damn story, but basically, I did some stupid shit, and tore through the middle of all the muscles in my rotator cuff. I’ve been taking Advil and Tylenol like it was fuckin drugs lmao, but it hasn’t helped with the pain. If anything, I’m in more pain. Does anyone have any advice for managing pain?

I'm going to be off for a while because I had a scary thing happen and I'm still a little shook up. I'm only responding to one person. They know who they are :)
