To Whom It May Concern:
          
          I feel like a broken record saying this, but I do apologize for going MIA. However, it has not been because I wasn't doing anything! I realized that I actually had very little outlined and planned for both "Sociopathy" and "Star Child." I had the vibes, but that was about it. So I went back to basics. I've been going through all the source material, from rewatching "Criminal Minds" for the nth time and rereading ACOTAR. Not to mention, I've been going through the steps to get my original novel published. But I've finally gotten a good chunk of both fics outlined and will begin to write again, and since I'm not able to take classes this fall semester, I will have plenty of time to get down to writing. Hope y'all can forgive me for the rocky road thus far!

So y’all know how I said I was gonna be updating “Sociopathy” and “Star Child”? Yeah, well, apparently that was a fucking lie. I apologize for going MIA yet again. Here’s the sitch: I started classes again after taking last semester off, and I’m still struggling to get my schedule all figured out. One of my classes is a upper level lit class, and the other is a fiction writing studio (thanks creative writing degree), so you can imagine I’ve been busy reading and writing for those classes and haven’t had much time to write for fun. I’m working on it, I swear. I’m hoping as I get things done and settle into a routine, I’ll start getting updates out again. Hang in there with me until then, please and thank you. 

To whom it may concern:
          
          I’m sure you’ve been wondering what’s going on with “Sociopathy”, why it’s taken me so long to update. I won’t lie to anyone. My depression seriously hit when winter started to settle in, and I haven’t felt any creativity or motivation at all. But recently, a new fanfiction idea came to me (hear me out, don’t panic!) which jumpstarted my creativity. 
          
          Now this new fanfiction is in another fandom entirely, and that might be part of what jumpstarted my creativity. The chance to write a new story in a new world with new characters opened the floodgates. Now that the floodgates are opened, my creativity is also flowing for “Sociopathy.” I’ll be updating that story soon and I’ll go back and forth between it and this new series, depending on which one I have more inspiration for. 
          
          As for this new fanfiction, yes, I’ll give you the deets. It is a fanfiction of the “A Court Of Thorns And Roses” series by Sarah J. Maas. And who better to have as the MC’s love interest than our Most Handsome High Lord, Rhysand? Check it out if you’d like. I’m very excited to share with you my girl Willow. 
          
          “Star Child” will be posted after I post this message. And I will be updating “Sociopathy” shortly.

Hey, I just wanted to say I absolutely love the criminal minds series and was wondering if there will be a 3rd book comimg soon? But with no pressure from you what so ever, you come first.

          So it’s kind of known that those of us from Midwestern America are just… completely unbothered by severe weather most of the time. Especially those of us from small towns. 
          
          So I was woken up in the wee hours of the morning by an Emergency Alert about a flash flood warning. The warning included this line: “This is a dangerous and life threatening situation.” And I just looked at it and said: “Eh… I’m on the second floor. I’ll be okay.” And just went back to sleep. 
          
          If this isn’t peak Midwest energy I don’t know what is.

Hello lovelies!
          
          So I was trying not to do this, but unfortunately, I don’t have much of a choice anymore. 
          
          I’ll be taking a short break from updating “Psychopathy”. With the wedding I’m in being only a month away, things are getting hectic as we try to get everything organized and figured out. At the moment, I don’t have much time to write. I’ll still be updating “The City Of Death” every week, but not “Psychopathy”. 
          
          Hopefully we’ll get everything figured out in a couple weeks and I can start writing again. But, as I said, the wedding is in a month, so the break won’t be any longer than that.

A day early, but I’m going to my niece’s graduation on Saturday and therefore have to work on Friday. So I worked extra hard to get this chapter finished and to you!
