Hi, I'm Ciara Shaye, a self-professed bookworm with a penchant for forgetting that there's a real world out there that sometimes needs my attention. I've been writing since I could pick up a pen, and I've been working hard on perfecting my craft although I don't think it truly ever can be perfect, so we'll see how far that gets me :)

I'm incredibly influenced by all sorts of music - happy, sad or downright terrible I can almost always incorporate it into my writing (often accidentally). Recently I've found that I'm more than a little obsessed with André Rieu and the like, so I've been listening to Music Of The Night non-stop for, oh, about two weeks?
