I wondered what was going through that guy Death the Kidd's head. I wished Maka hadn't hit him, though. I had no clue why, but I was really mad at her for it. Did I actually like him...
"Yo, Earth to Soul. Still alive? "I heard BlackStar question.
"Nah, I died in the two seconds I was still. Sure. Realistic."
"You're just staring awful hard at Kidd. You got a thing for him?"
"Maybe. I dunno. He's...really very adorable. He's cool. Coolest guy I've seen in a while..."
"Oooh, Soul's got a cruuuush! Maka, we have to set Soul up with Kidd!"
I blushed. Maka smirked and tapped Kidd's shoulder. When he turned around, Maka whispered at him. His eyes widened. He smiled. I blushed even deeper.
"Really, Soul? You...um...like me? That's what Maka said."
"Yeah...you're the coolest guy I've seen in a while..."
"So..."
"Will you go out with me, Kidd? It would be a huge blessing if you would."
"Um...yeah. Sure."
YES, HELL YEAH HE'LL DO IT! I thought.
