Also listening to background music lowly, such as a 10 hour Skyrim tavern ambiance video, also having a fan like a floor fan or desk fan on for white noise, drinking warm tea before bed, taking a warm bath before bed, reading a book, you shouldn't be on electronics for at least an hour before bed, the light feom the phone will make yoyr brain stay awake, when you don't have that simulation your brain will calm down. Try working out during the day, that will make you more tired for when ots time to sleep, just not before bedtime. I do a lot of stuff to help me sleep since sometimes some yhings work while others don't and vise versa.
