@Cindy_Kat melatonin, its a natural sleep aid. Also listening to background music lowly, such as a 10 hour Skyrim tavern ambiance video, also having a fan like a floor fan or desk fan on for white noise, drinking warm tea before bed, taking a warm bath before bed, reading a book, you shouldn't be on electronics for at least an hour before bed, the light feom the phone will make yoyr brain stay awake, when you don't have that simulation your brain will calm down. Try working out during the day, that will make you more tired for when ots time to sleep, just not before bedtime. I do a lot of stuff to help me sleep since sometimes some yhings work while others don't and vise versa.

I'm currently making an LGBTQ+ book (I mean, it's more focused on pansexuality but it dives into some other parts of the community;)) ). It's a realistic fiction. I just got done reading "Symptoms of Being Human" by Jeff Garvin and I just wanted ti write something similar that was m i n e. I don't know how it'll yurn out or i'll even post it but i'll do my best! I have faith in this one :)

If you're a part of the LGBTQ+ Community and you've come out to your family, how did you come out?

@HardcoreBangtan I was hoping to find a college that has dorms and live there, so at the end of my senior year, I'll come out and go to college so I don't have to face them as much :') thank you <3.

Cause if yes then you have all my love and support,  and even if the people you plan to come out to in your family don't take it as well,  then just remember that you're not alone, we all are a part of the same fight and we'll always be the for you ♡♡♡

@Cindy_Kat probably do something in your comfort zone or talk to people. i listen to music as it almost always helps, or i just take a notebook and start scribbling. you can also try to listen to more upbeat songs or try to get rid of things which remind you of bad times. i do this and it helps, i don't know if it helps you but just my two cents :]

@The_Anime_Nerd13 yeah. I'd like to escape reality but there are too many things on my mind to make me escape so I'm just trying to occupy my eyes and hands as much as I can to occupy my mind a bit. If that makes any sense at all :')

@Cindy_Kat I sleep, watch anime, read ff, write, play video games, pretend im a character in an anime and basically act it in my head(Kinda like comeing up with an ff story line and dialouge), pretty and much anything that takes my mind off what I am stressed about. Basically escape reality for a little while.

I should probably just discontinue my book. I can't think of anything for it ans my last draft for the book is just cringe. 
          
          The last line of it is "you gotta obey your daddy." And I'm just-- jfkksbfjsjd no. No no no no no no no.
          
          I can't with that so  I'm gonna discontinue with that cringey book. No one really like it anyways :')
