Cinnamin has a long history of writing for fun, but eventually hung up her teaching hat to go back to school for a  master's degree in communication sciences and disorders.  She completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Houston in 1993 and subsequent master's at East Carolina University in 2015.  At that point, she knew it was time to go for her life-long dream of becoming a REAL writer.  In other words, she became dead set on making a lucrative career out  of her passion.  Cinnamin is currently working on her first novel after having written a short story about her adventures in California. The story became a debut of sorts - prompting her  to launch her writing career.
