Hey umm I need some tips on the shifting thing because I feel like I've shifted but I wanna make sure

Hey guys! Happy Easter or happy Sunday if that's not your thing!
          
           Uh so not to be a downer or anything but I saw a Tik Tok that said shifting wasn't real and now I'm second guessing everything and losing all hope that I'll actually ever successfully shift because it's been like nine months now  :D :D :D hahahaha :( 
          
           I'm sorry -- usually I try to be really positive on here but I kinda need some help. If anyone who sees this has successfully shifted, could you maybe give some motivation or advice or stories or literally anything lol. Thank you :) <3
          
          Also how the frigg do you make subliminals work. lol I'm having a whole melt down rn send help
