Hey guys, Rowan here!
I'm finally getting back into writing, after a block of a few years. My first story was a complete flop because I was trying to write it with no planning involved whatsoever. This time, I am doing some planning and it is going a lot better. I've been hardcore writing for the past week and pumped my first two chapters out. I won't be posting it anytime soon, however, because I need my beta reader to help me get everything organised. I am serious about this story, and I want to release it when I feel it's ready to be read by someone other than me and my beta. I will release a small teaser, however.

One would never believe there was a fate worse than death. How could there be? Death was death, it was the final parting of a being's intimate relationship with the mortal worlds. The souls whose deeds outweighed their calamities would go on to rest in the Endless Gardens, eating fruits and basking in the sunlight, until they were content to move on. Those who did wrong, however, were condemned to walk aimlessly for the sentence of their damnation as monsters born of hate and sorrow. The best choice, it would seem, is to avoid that mess altogether.
If one were to find the cure for the disease of aging, they may be able to obtain immortality. Better work fast though, the sand runs off the ledge quicker than one may think.
