@Sensimya I am glad you agree with me. It does irk me quite a bit as well. To have followers on Wattpad, it isn't like twitter. It is about the writing. People who just add people randomly to take them off their following tab aren't interested in the writing, just some strange satisfaction it give them to have that person follow them back. Ugh... That is why I don't usually follow people back unless their writing is good and I want to know what is going on with their planned stories.
