 A long time ago, the four clans died out, leaving behind the ruins of their camps and territory. It's been 5 years since then, and StarClan has decided that this is the generation that will be tasked with rebuilding a new era of clans. 
Using clues and prophecies, along with the marks the ancient clan cats left across the forest, this generation's loners, rogues and kittypets will have to build the clans from dust, and fulfil StarClan's wishes. However, they will not fulfil the prophecy without struggle. A newly formed rogue group has emerged from the shadows, and they're willing to do anything in their power to prevent the clans from ever being rebuilt. Will you chance a paw, and bring the forest glory?
