I've been on Wattpad for a very long time now, and I'm feeling a bit sentimental lol. I started writing on here when I was 12, and now I'm about to turn 22. I've graduated college, gotten engaged, work full-time. Time really flies by.
@X_Greek-Tragedy_X Frfr!! I understand completely. So nostalgic to look back on. I'm glad it's somewhere I can still see it in the future.
@m4s1e_kh1ine There is a lot to life that's never taught in schools! College prepared me for the job world more than high school for sure. It really depends on your major and where you go. You age a lot quicker than you might realize! I'm only 21 but I already graduated college, got a full-time, got engaged, and am searching for a house. But never feel pressured to take life too fast! Mine just turned out that way. Take as much time as you need and try to enjoy everything you can. I understand big ambitions and high expectations. I was the student who was taking all honors and college courses in high school, was in 4 sports, and did multiple clubs, student council, and government on top of it. My main advice for balancing time, tho, is drop the stuff that doesn't make you happy. With all the junk I did in high school, I hardly had time for hobbies. But it's also important to be well-rounded and try lots of things! Life-work-social-school balance is and always will be a pain in the ass. Basically - do what you love. If you don't love it, chances are you don't need to do it. Always try new things tho! And do your best to try not to burn yourself out in high school. Speaking from experience here. I became super exhausted in college because I had no energy left lol
@ClaraAngel22 Oh wow That’s great! Unfortunately I have no baking skills whatsoever, so I can’t follow in your footsteps lol But hmm I think the last sentence was the best piece of advice anyone’s ever given me (related to jobs), nobody talks about that in school, I’d like to say they don’t teach us about taxes but in reality everyone’s talking about economics, Bitcoin/Crypto, tech and/or AI, with a lot of stuff like our country’s welfare or Elon Musk sprinkled in between Meanwhile me, who’s just tryna go through my years and do some art and write a few books here and there: Honestly i feel that my generation is aging too FAST. I remember the times where all I had to do was watch anime and play some video games… But i have high ambitions. I’ve my WHOLE LIFE planned out for me: Get into Oxford (University), write a book series, get rich, and CHILL!!!! But my biggest life goal is to move to London. Or somewhere in the UK that has a lot of nature stuff. And to write a book! Yeah, that too. But mostly the moving-to-my-dream-country/state goal. There’s SO MUCH PRESSURE on getting a good job and all that that it’s getting a bit frustrating, yk? Let me enjoy my young times, man! I’ll move out in a few years so SHUT UP and let me CHILL oh GOD. (I never say that out loud but it’s replaying in my head 25/8) jdsakkshfkjsdflafkdjsgfdslgfdlj Do you have any advice for a double-digit teen like me?? Because I’m juggling between home stuff, exams and hobbies and I’m spotting a few white hairs. RIP to youth.

@gojos_fucking_cunt Sorry for the late reply! But I'm good thank you! How are you?
Care to roleplay
@-blxndebxmbshell All the fandoms I do are listed in my roleplay book! However, I primarily do My Hero Academia, Haikyuu!!, and Harry Potter. There are some others I do as well
As of Sunday the 22nd, I can now drink legally :)
For the people who want to go into art/design/other creative majors:
Let me first state that if you're serious about it, if you love it, you should pursue it.
It can be so so fun and I've enjoyed my time at design college a lot.
But let me also say that it is hard. You're compared to your peers everyday, all the time. Some professors will not like your work while some will love it. It depends. It doesn't matter what you do, not everyone will like you.
You will make friends, and then you'll endlessly compare your work to theirs. You'll love your friends but struggle relentlessly to get by.
You'll get burnt out if you're not careful.
And it can just be so hard sometimes. Imposter syndrome runs rampant in these halls.
So follow your dreams, improve your skills. It will be so, so fun. Just be wary of what you're getting yourself into. It can just be a lot sometimes. Just remind yourself that you are learning, you are improving, and there's nothing wrong with messing up and being bad at something. You won't love every project, and that's okay.
@Sksksquirrel Hello! Thank you Sorry, I was just having a rough day. It genuinely is fun, just hard sometimes
@ClaraAngel88 Hey, old friend ;) Your creations have always been absolutely beautiful; thank you for sharing your experience<33
One of my oldest fanfics just hit 200k
Ya'll that's crazy
My silly little Tails x Reader too lol
Lotta memories packed in there
I wrote it when I 12 (I'm 20 now if that tells you anything)
Thanks for all the support :3
@m4s1e_kh1ine Oh sorry! Totally missed this. It has changed. There just seems to be a lot less people on it mow than before, probably because of all the ads and stuff. Also they got rid of DMs which is just really stupid lol, that's how I talked to so many people
My Anime Guys x Reader one-shot book is now out!! Right now it's just a Nishinoya one, but I have 3 more saved in my drafts!
I'm starting an anime boy x reader one shot book. I'll put it up on here, but for now I have a Nishinoya one shot up on AO3.
If you look up Anime Boy x Reader One Shots or my username ClaraAngel88 it'll pop up on there. (If you want to read it now).
I'm basically only writing for my favorite charactets though, so I'm mot really taking requests unless I feel like it.
That's all, thanks :3
