I think I liked Altea a lot bc it just was really cute and had a lot of cool things happening.
Helena was more of a ‘feeling’ book imo. You could just see and feel her angst and brokenness she had to overcome, and it was done in such a way that it was enjoyable.
So many ‘angst’ and ‘brokenness’ type stories are just painful and not enjoyable, sadly.
