          Here is how you get the puzzle answer:
          
          The bottom is refe=ing to the nintendo 64 so its a base 64 decoder. Now you just run the top text through a base 64 decoder and voila. You have your answer.

Also, I gave up on translator. It started to becomed overcooked and sloppy and I didn't have the stamina to finish it. If anyone wants to finish the story, go ahead. I alone though, won't be making any more  parts of the story. Sorry .
