I write because life is a story. If we're products of life then we're part of its story. There's more to life than what appears on the surface. At the very core there's a beating heart, a pulse that will not stay quiet, a thirst unquenchable, a fire unfathomed. We came to give that core a voice, to verbalize its story.



Born in Jamaica, Cleon Carnegie graduated from the University of Technology, Jamaica with a bachelor's degree in education. He's currently an educator in the Bahamas where he lives with his wife and daughter.



Cleon is also a chess club coordinator and a champion soccer coach for junior boys and girls.
