I never saw this day coming, but I'll say that I'm definitely not the best at creating them, but then again I also am a horrible judge of myself- So sorry- It'll be dependent on your own judgment, and that's not something I want to bother you with, so I'll suggest finding another. I can try giving advice, though!
So, symbolism. That's something I consider important. Obviously, different things represent different concepts for different people, so I suggest going with your own interpretations of things. I'll use an example of mine.
"The sky has grown corrupt, and the clouds have been slain. If the branches do not toil, the meadows shall reign."
This is referring to four cats: Skyrush, Cloudyeyes, Littlebranch, and Meadowflight. For context, Skyrush blames Cloudyeyes' grandmother, Cloudydawn, for his mother's death, who is Brindleblossom. Littlebranch and Meadowflight are Skyrush's and Cloudyeyes' kits. Skyrush has managed to get Meadowflight onto his sight, and the two have since been more than a bit problematic for other clans, as well as their own. Cloudyeyes has been killed, and the death was pinned onto another clanmate of Littlebranch's. Soon enough, she realizes that she must put an end to her kins' schemes as they leave the clan with several other clan cats, only causing more harm to the other cats.
Okay. I'll be fair here: I haven't actively thought about this prophecy that I made in literal months, and I had to make it clear enough for myself to under, as subtly isn't quite my thing, but I can do it well enough, I suppose. Take this mess of anxious and guilt-ridden word vomit as you may.
Loddie-dee-do, hope you have a good day, and I hope that you have good fortune in both health and happiness.
