Hello everyone!
          
          I know there’s been some radio silence from me for a bit so heres a few updates about life for me:
          
          After finishing Harmonized Freedoms for ONC, I was pretty burnt out. I was really pushing deadlines along with stuff from school as the year came to a close. I told myself I would take a few months to chill out and focus on finishing my academic year strong, and that turned into the rest of 2025.
          
          Another reason that I wasn’t writing is because I haven’t enjoyed the way my stories have been going. Sometime in the future I’ll likely be taking down Blackwoode and Esoteric to refine them before republishing, but I have no idea when that will be. I probably did jump into them too early without editing Lantana which is what I’m focusing on now. 
          
          I’m hoping that I can push to be more active on the platform, but with school and everything sometimes I just crash. I used to stay up really late trying to edit one more section or add a few more words and it wasn’t good for me. I am also very unproductive after school sometimes-my one New Year’s resolution is to really cut back on unnecessary screen time and to be more productive. 
          
          Although my updates will probably be slow, I hope to be speeding through the great stories everyone has on the platform!

Thanks for reading "War of Olympus!" I started reading Lantana, and noticed there's going to be a Griffin in there too!  So now I will keep reading!

It's been a busy couple of weeks for me, but the school year's winding down a bit so I hope I can be more active on the platform. Something pretty awesome that happened today though was that Esoteric got a feautre of @mystery's "Murder" List! I have a lot (probably too many) assorted ideas for the story, but once I get to plotting, I hope I can get some updates out. With Blackwoode, I've basically planned out the rest of the story, so it's a lot easier for me to write that, and I've got some chapters scheduled. I hope the rest of everyone's weekends go nicely!

So, because I am a tired, clumsy person, I typed out an update on my phone, then accidentally swiped up and deleted the entire thing. Here’s a quick summary:
          
          For any readers of Harmonized Freedoms, I finally finished it! I also got some amazing new graphics from @sulkytae. It was quite an experience writing the novella, but I enjoyed it, and I’m wishing everyone else the best of luck with their ONC seasons!
          
          I was on vacation this week, and I need to get up at 4 to catch a flight, but once I get home, I’ll try to the best of my ability to retype my original thoughts. Have a great day everyone!

A couple of updates about Lantana:
          
          The cover's been updated, to match with Blackwoode's a bit better! This was also designed by the incredibly @redflowers-. While fixing the banners, I decided it was finally time to fix some of the monstrously long chapters. I mean, I would never be able to get through a chapter that's 6.6k words long in one sitting (but I have great respect for those that do), but I didn't see adding about ten chapters to the story, or this process taking an hour. All in all, it's done. To clarify, there hasn't been any editing happening (unfortunately, I like writing too much to edit), and all the new chapters are old chapters that were split in half for readability.

Hello everybody! I have a couple of announcements :)
          1. I'm changing things up a bit this year as I've decided to participate in ONC! Even though the title alludes to me, I've been thinking of basing this story at around the same time as Blackwoode, in the same world, but with a different narrator and story.
          2. On the topic of Blackwoode, the new cover and banner for it were designed by the incredible @redflowers-
          3. Because I'm going to be focusing on my ONC project, I'm going to stop writing Esoteric and Blackwoode for a little bit. I do have some pre-scheduled parts though!

Hi! I would like to ask you something if you don't mind.
          
          So, I'm writing a story where there is swearing. I don't know if it will be in every chapter but it is there. One of the stories characters is a mafia boss and their business is described in the story as well but not in a very detailed way.
          
          I'm wondering if I should mark this story as mature or not. I read the guidelines but I am confused by the official language. I have put a note in the start as well as in the description.
