@Codiene_Cum dang you gotta  lot to do and yeah all that is bad for you and some of that may have something to do with the situation you are having trying to stay up because that is a lot of caffeine and from my point of view I don't think all that is working in your favor,the energy drinks mostly mixing with that coffee is a bad combination itself i think you just gotta get your times together maybe try setting your alarms at different times like when you want to wake up and when you supposed to go to sleep

@Nusha_Jay yea cause its like 4:30 am and i can't sleep but i go into work at 7 and right after work i got class than imma be tried and relying on monsters and kickstarts and coffee all day witch is super bad for ur heart 

@Codiene_Cum i see what you saying that's probably why you can't sleep at night because you get it all out in the day have you tried tiring yourself out and seeing do that affect you in any way?
