So I’m very proud of myself as recently my mental health has been very bad and I’ve struggled to eat at all but today I ate: one and a quater sausage rolls, a salad box thing, two donuts and a brownie :) I hardly ever finish my food and normally don’t have snacks but I’m proud of myself today :)
