@Cold_introvert me personally I hate all of the genuine myth versions of these guys, but in the pjo books I love them. It’s just a matter of perspective honestly.

@Cold_introvert Hera literally cursed the Lamia because of Zeus. She tried to kill her cousin Leto. She cursed Hercules causing him to kill Chiron,Megara and Hippolyta. Apollo mostly turned his lovers into flowers or plants. Hermes literally fuck a goat and Pan/Faunus was born. Aphrodite did separate her son Eros from Psyche. Poseidon is protective of his children.

 let’s all agree that all the gods are fucked up BCS THEY ARE GODS! Human rules don’t apply to them just because they are gods. And from all of the gods the most ‘good’ are Hestia and Hera. Hera WAS a lil crazy (and I’m not saying this just from pjo—I’m Greek and we study Ancient Greece in school) but she had her reasons as to why she was like this. But the men had lit NOT A SINGLE reason. They were just cruel because they didn’t have rules and thought they were superior over humans (well especially women cus of the patriarchy!) that’s why I don’t get when people defend Poseidon or Zeus. The only god who was at least a defender of woman was Ares (not in pjo) and he gets hated because he is a ‘mama’ boy or bcs in pjo they completely changed him

honestly snape and ron are the same person in different fonts. like all slytherins being death eaters when they are forced to by their parents he’s been thinking that since he was a boy and i think it’s from his mom and snape he was an abused half blood who muggle father didn’t love him but then he was bully so bad even almost did because of james, sirius, remus and peter in hogwarts so yes a he gets a bit of sympathy not a lot he did cause the death of lily and james but i don’t know about with him i can see why they bully then which they shouldn’t at all but dumbassadoor didn’t do shit to stop it. this man allowed the muggleborns to be bullied. HE COULDLVE ACTUALLY PREVENTED THE FIRST AND SECOND WIZARD WAR if he kept tom at the school for the holidays when he said he was being abused sooo technically if we being honest. harry and his parents wouldn’t have died if he met the seer in a private setting and not in public, tome wouldn’t have been a dark lord, severus wouldn’t have been bullied so bad my the james, siri and remus, the muggle borns could’ve learned wizard culture, and the wizard could’ve kept their culture with sahmain and yule along with everything else. so to me everything that has happened to everyone in all three generations is because of albus to many name dumbassadore

@Cold_introvert because of his abused past many fans tends to sympathize with him. Some think he is innocent, poor and abused boy needed to be coddled. I also find his past very sad and he doesn't deserve whatever happened to him. But I don't past excuse his some actions as adult. Yes you can love a character despite his flaws and I don't we should erase those flaws to make him more perfect.

QUESTION: why does everybody pit percy jackson and harry Potter against esch other? They are traumatized kids. PErcy would literally hate the adults that mistreat Harry and Harry would hate the gods for mistreating the demigods. They would have HELP each other.

@Cold_introvert Huh? I've never seen this. Usually, I see people make Percy and Harry close friends almost like brothers. It's like a Percy/Harry, Annabeth/Hermione, Grover/Ron duo type of dynamic. I'm glad I've never stumbled upon a fandom that decided they would be enemies... I would despise it.
