considering on starting a vent writing compilation
idk, I want to write, but I've been struggling to finish or even start new stories

Colloportus_hissB

New chapters "The monster hidden within" and "Spectral Fires Burn Brighter" are both published. I finished "The Monster Hidden Within" at 3a.m. published it and totally forgot about it. Whoops...

All that aside, I really don't know what I want to write. Like I know I want to write and I could use writing prompts but I get pretty lazy and stop before even 1000 words. So be free to suggest story ideas/prompts.

I also might do a part 2 for "The Monster Hidden Within" just because I enjoyed the story and I accidentally made a whole ass storyline when I'm supposed to work on my main novel that I haven't progressed on for over 4 months... Yah I got memory issues. Anyways have a good week everyone!

To all my followers, thank you so much for choosing to follow me. I should have done this a long time ago, but I've just been really out of it lately that it slipped from my mind.
Thanks to all of you! As a new writer I really appreciate your support and I hope that I won't disappoint you with my content.

2 New chapters are out!! "Impromptu Poem: Power and Corruption" is now published! Along with "City Lights, Spotlight" which I just finished, and am considering a second part to. I'm more of a morning person but these late night really do bring out the creative juices. Anyways, have a great day!

Also, "City Lights, Spotlight" was written while listening to Casino Royale by Derivakat so be free to check it out if you haven't already! Derivakat's music never misses, I'm obsessed, yes.

"Impromptu Poem: Villain" is out! In addition to that I also had today's poem: "Impromptu Poem: Death" published as well. Also a bonus short story that I wrote randomly while listening to "Songs of the SMP" by Derivakat. My first time listening to it and I'm in love. Hope you all have an awesome day/night no matter where you are! Next week is Eid-ul-Adha so I might take a break next week, but we'll see!

To the DSMP fans, if there are any that is, any coincidences in "Home" is just because the story was inspired by the music I was listening to at the time. It is not fanfic or have anything related to the DSMP members or characters.

Just published a new book, which is different to my old content.
"A compilation of Short stories and Poetry" is out, be free to check it out!
It's a compilation of writing prompts that I plan to do monthly, impromptu practice poems and expressive pieces of writing. I hope you enjoy! They're all published in original form but be free to critique it. Constructive criticism is always welcome!

@-smASHLYNN For me, poetry is very emotional. Anything that comes to mind I would either write it down immediately or let it hang in my head as I figure out the next line. When writing anything really, just let your thoughts and emotions flow through you and then put it in ink. It might not be great at first, but over time with practice and persistence it gets better. So just don't think too hard when writing to the point you get a creativity block, creative writing doesn't have a specific form so don't contain yourself in one. This was probably more of me blabbering then giving good advice but I hope something I said will be found useful.
