@ColmHerron Ploughing on and halfway through. The errors are compounding because of changes I’m making as I proof the book - I have to calla  stop to this editing at some time, best be now. I’ve read this so many times now and it has passed under the eyes of three editors/proofreaders. I hope it doesn’t disappoint when you read it - controversial and provocative - I hope so. @Hobnails Your plot outline sounds great Peter and I've no doubt that in your hands it'll be highly readable and provocative. I hope you get all the proofreading etc done without too much stress. I used a fine tooth comb on mine but have since found 2 very annoying mistakes. Par for the course I suppose!

@elveloy My message disappeared twice. Feck it! Great to see your blast from the past. Christ but you can write! Me now, I've just published my latest book on Amazon. It has more sexes in it than a herd of giraffes. Aim is to get ol' Popey Francis to ban it. Failing that, I hope to appear naked on the papal balcony on the feast of Saint Augustine, the biggest wanker ever to be canonised. Looks like I'm not going to find fame the conventional way.
