I never knew Alan Rickman, but he's what got me into acting. It feels as if I've lost a soulmate in an odd sense of the word. He was just one of those people I knew from the beginning I needed to meet at least once. He's taught me how to act, how to be secretive, and through his character of Snape, he taught me that you have to protect people with your life.
I feel as if a small part of my being has been ripped out. I physically feel ill with grief. I honestly do not think I would be an actress without you Alan. Thank you for your words, your actions, and your undying devotion to a fan base who will be devoted to you, death will not do us part.
My heart goes out to Rima and the rest of the family.
