          It's long been my dream to work full time doing my writing, art and music. Surely most of us have dreamed of this stuff (especially my fellow writers on this site). But I'm really going full on to pursue this goal. So I ask you humbly-- if you like my work and want to see more of it in the future, please consider supporting me through Patreon. Hey family! Long time no read! I'm happy to inform you that the Amalgam Songs series has been in the works since my last post here! Life happens but I've been slowly making changes to the project as my inspiration begins to flow anew! So happy to finally be moving on this again now that my kids are a bit older. 
          
          "The Blood Rift/Well/something" has become "Blood from an Anvil"! I spent the last year or so revising and refreshing the writing as my skill has increased substantially since my first draft. The overall plot and style remain unchanged but with pacing changes and some minor plot point reorganizing, it feels better to read now.
          
          From now on, I will post new chapters or content updates here every Sunday or as more is completed. Feels good to be back y'all, can't wait to share this with you!

Winds of change blow yet again! During the last few months, I have done quite a bit of changing. Both with my full-time job, my family, and my hobbies. I had to do some restructuring with my free time, and as a result, ended my contact with Pemberton Publishing.  While I know it was the right choice for my family and my writing, I did not end things with them of malice. 
          
          I would like to continue my work here as a hobby, and not particularly pursue a career as a writer at the moment. So, for the time being, I will continue to post content from The Blood Well to share with those who have come to care about it, but won't necessarily pursue publication options at the moment.

So it is definitely official at this point, so we need an official 'working journal!'  "The Blood Well" has been pulled from the site but I have followers that are asking for updates on the book and how I will proceed from here. Check out "Developmental Journal" for updates! I will keep everyone informed as the first book of "Amalgam Songs" approaches publication!

So, everyone, I have exciting news! I have just signed a publishing contract with Pemberton Publishing for the Amalgam Songs series! 
          
          So this will affect this page in a number of ways: 
          
          1. My publisher and I have agreed that new plot material related to "The Blood Well" will not continue from here through Wattpad. Artwork, snippets and works journals will continue, and we will release some previews, however. 
          
          2. Anything currently posted will stay up as a little sneak preview, but the finalized material will be for sale as paperback and hard cover at some point.
          
          3. I have other projects that will go up here, a few other series that I don't intend to be novel-sized or for publishing. I have followers that I want to keep happy, after all. 
          
          4. I will switch gears a bit on here to show an overall look into my portfolio as I move forward with my new publisher!

I've got oodles of fantastic news! The Blood Well has reached #1 in Cosmic Horror! 
          
          I'm also pleased to announce that a publisher that I've been in contact with wants to work with me! A contract has been offered, but it's still pending!
          
          I'm absolutely over the moon! Thank you all for your overwhelming support! 

Cruising right up to 300 views! I still can't believe it, I'm really humbled by you all! For those of you keeping up with The Blood Well, check out the last part of chapter 12!  Thanks again for all your comments, votes and views! I wish I had the means to thank you more! :)

Got the newest part up for viewing! The Blood Well has almost hit 50 votes, as well! I'm in awe of you all! Thank you so much for your support and kind words! 

"The Blood Well" has broken 200 views, in just less than a month! Wow, that is incredible to me! Just a few short weeks ago I finally decided to start sharing my work with the world and it's so rewarding to see people reading it! Thank you all so much!
