@Pufflefan410 Blind Creation is like a made up world but if I was to say a point of time maybe in the future or the government is trying to create utopian place so could be back in the past but with mythical creatures and such

Yeah they it's not pure to adopt a child but a servant on the other hand is different they are meant to serve you and it doesn't matter where they come from. And yea originally vampires tried to create an unique government but the humans felt they weren't pure and stake most of them 

@CominHome Haha after a while :P but kind of hard to ignore the fact she just randomly appeared. Unless the people there heard of adoption lol seems like they never thought about that. By the way did the city of blood get its name from vampires?
