Your story - include what happened, what you were dealing with e.g. bullying what types or your struggles with something relating to being lesbian, bi, transgender or something else the list continues you get the idea. Also include your age because it is important for people to see that these things can affect anyone at any time at any age.
How you coped/ are coping - what helped you during these times, and please don’t be afraid to say anything. Seriously, well…if you used self harm to cope don’t say that and recommend it, say it and explain what possessed you to do it and why people shouldn’t do that.
