My opinion on Character ai:
It's like roleplaying with someone except it's ai! It's pretty good in that sense since it replies immediately everytime with good detail and speech. There's a wide range of characters, groups and story ideas on there too! It also allows the character to have a voice (as long as it's one on one/not a group). There are a lot of accurate voices on there to add but it's rather difficult to make one yourself.
Also, the ai does get overwhelmed in the group ones. In the group it's meant to play all characters expect for you but it seems to struggle playing more than 3 characters at once. It also asks A LOT of questions, like A. LOT. It continuously asks "can I ask you something?" as the character as well as if needing your permission to ask even if you set a persona/oc which is not yourself.
Overall, I'd rate this app a 7/10.

@CompellingHumans You have to build it yourself. Feed it information and teach it how to act. It's hard, I know. It's fairly easy if it's a well-known character, but not if the character is lesser knowm
