Yep.
New chapters are just on hold for now while I work on the rewrite for Volumes 1 and 2 to make the story less… crap.
Based on how long my Gilgamesh rewrite is taking, I’d guess it should take bare minimum a year to finish, and it’ll come out with the first chapter of Volume 3.
Though in news that I wasn’t sure how to bring up until now; progress is going well on the new, custom designs for Y/n’s weapons.

Hey, I just saw the Franken-Castle Punisher from Marvel Rivals and Marvel Contest of Champions. What if our reader was reborn into Monster Musume as his own favorite character, Frank Castle aka Franken-Castle according to the lore in the Comics? I think this would fit the Zombina x Reader trope very well.

Another cool idea, starring my least favourite Punisher skin.
If I were to write this, I’d probably go down a more Reborn Soldier route than an Isekai. Mainly because I think an arc about adapting to his own body being a zombie would be more interesting than if he was reincarnated into someone else’s body which just happened to be undead, and cause I’ve already done a MonMusu Isekai.
However, I probably wouldn’t write this. Even though the idea of an undead soldier is really cool and 100% something I’m noting down for later ideas. If my Indoraptor fic has taught me anything, it’s that trying to turn a harem ecchi into a serious, dark survival horror kind of… doesn’t work. Or it does, and I’m just a bad writer.
And I couldn’t in good conscience butcher Punisher by basing a story on him and not have him be a gunslinging, mass murdering, PTSD ridden, vigilante badass.
All that yap to say: another banger idea, but probably not one I’ll write.
I also definitely meant to reply to this a day late, and absolutely didn’t read it, tell myself to reply… and then forget to.

Hey, it's Me again. I know it's late where I'm at. So, I'll cut this thing Short and get to point. I have a new Zombina x Ghoul Reader Idea that you might be Interested in.
So, Our Nameless Reader is basically a Huge Fallout Fan. After he gets Accidentially Killed in a Car Crash, He therefore gets Reincarnated into Monster Musume as Cooper Howard's incarnation of the Ghoul and Began Slaughtering Demi-Humans Left and Right for Bounties. However, After being Confronted by the MON Squad, Zombina has a deep Infatuation with The Ghoul and Given his Southern Charm, It didn't take long for her to be Hogtied by his Lasso Figuratively.
Agreeing to stay with the MON Squad as their own personal Hired hand and "MONster Law Bringer" on one Condition, He has to stay with Kimihito as a homestead.
So, What do you think? This Idea sprung to life after I watch the Fallout TV Show. I think it might Interest you if you would like to do some Research on The Ghoul (Cooper Howard) in order to Understand his story.

Cool idea.
However, I’m definitely the wrong guy to write it. Cause I have no experience with, or really any interest in Fallout.
Again, it’s a pretty neat idea (from what I learned in my two minute skim of the Ghoul’s wiki) I just wouldn’t want to execute it poorly by writing it with no passion.
But, who knows? One day I might watch/play Fallout, love Cooper’s story, and remember this comment, then come back to eat my words and write it.

In all seriousness I just got super sidetracked with writing other fanfics that I haven’t even posted yet and just neglected my current ones.
But I’m getting back into the swing of it and should be updating at least two of them some time soon… probably.
