“J-J-G”

Crazy, right? In a month from now, October 1st, it’ll be a year since I’ve written “The Gambling Girl.” That is when I wrote the first chapter, the beginning of Maeve’s story. Sheesh…..time flies. 
          
          For my next of actions, I’m going to write a sequel. But before I do that, I’m thinking of revising the “Gambling Girl.” What this means is I’ll try to rewrite each chapter of this story. Fixing grammar, the wording and maybe add more to the content of the story. 
          
          I’m really serious on writing a sequel to a story, but before I do that, I HAVE to make sure that the first part of it “The Gambling Girl.” Is written well and has no mistakes….in other words, in how Maeve would say it, “Perfect” is how the story should be. 
          
          TLDR? First I’ll revise the Gambling Girl, and then write its sequel which is coming in the near future.

29000 words it took to write the final chapter, I underestimated my writing capabilities. I deadass thought I can write this entire death game in 10000 words, I was wrong. 
          
          I’m done with my story and it was a journey writing for two months. 
          
          If the Gambling Girl gets more traction now that it’s done, I might come up with a sequel. My writing juices are still flowing and can think of a plot for the sequel already.  
          
          I’m thankful for all 252 reads that the Gambling Girl has gained.

A little update…..I lied in a good way. So I said that the last chapter of the gambling girl is going to be at least 10,000…..which it’s not….its way above that. The moment I’m currently writing their message I’ve written about 16,000 words and still counting. I’m written about 3/4ths of the chapter….its a lot, easily the longest chapter in this story I’ve made…it isn’t so short. I guarantee that this chapter is going to be released sometime this week. Stay tuned.

I’m working on the final chapter of the Gambling girl. I’m trying to write at least 10,000 words, making it even longer than the previous chapter which was the longest part in the story so far. I want it to be perf- Ideal, so I’ll take my time writing it, waiting for the point to where I can finish writing in one sitting. I’ll first need to get the distractions out the way. I’ve written about 2000 words so far……I have the story planned in my head….stay tuned.
