oof, relatable. just try not to pay any attention to them. i know it’s hard and it sucks and you probably are gonna be anxious and overwhelmed but i promise it’s the only way to get people to leave you alone. document stuff if you have to to report.
You know it’s bad when your therapist tells you that a certain person is a trigger for high stress levels so bad to cause seizures
