She IS grounded forever from the  internet,  posting  other  people's  children on here and pretending to be other people. She's lost her tv, mp3 player, clothing that she loves, ds, no friends allowed over, no sleep overs, she will never own a call phone until she's  18. She was warned once she opened her cell for Christmas to not download wattpad again.

This is complete Bullshit. What kind of parents do this? I get that you're looking out for her but Kas is more that nan item you can control. You have to watch over your kids but let them make their own choices and mistakes.
