Hello, wonderful people. 
          
          It seems like summer is finally coming along. I get seasonal depression really bad, and it hit me so hard this year. Really thought I wasn't gonna make it. 
          
          I'm trying to get out and do things this year, disconnect from the screens a bit. I have work Mon-Wed, and my weekends will be spent out, mostly. My mom is having a lot of health issues, so I'm gonna get her to come to the gym with me, and try to pay for some of the kids' activities as well. . .
          
          All this to say I will be a very busy guy over the summer, but I'll do my best to keep up. Gentle Bonds needs some attention, and I'm still working on the werewolf book, and also I have the next project lined up and ready to be worked on after that, and even more beyond that lol. I'll have nights to work, but sometimes the brain just. . . 'brain.exe has stopped working', yk? 
          
          Sorry, this isn't usually how I talk, but I'm in a talkative mood right now lol. Anyways. To sum it up, I'll do my best to keep up for you guys, and the werewolf book should be coming out within a few months!

Allow me to wish you a happy Valentine's day ^^
          
          Remember that it is completely alright if you do not have a partner. You can spend the day with friends, family, or your cat, and still feel fulfilled, as long as you don't get yourself down. 
          
          Relationships are something to be cherished, not rushed into. So if you find yourself single at the moment, that's alright. It's simply not your time (yet!). Enjoy your day anyway, and do something sweet for yourself!
          
          And if you do have a loving partner, I hope you get to spend your day together and enjoy your time! Being with the right person can really make the heavy burdens of life feel lighter.

I just reached chapter twenty in the werewolf book! Yay!! But for the past few days our already-crappy internet has been horrible due to the snow. I write a few paragraphs at my desk, then have to wave my computer around my room until it saves >< Not my hottest moments, I'm sure. 
          
          Unfortunately, I have been neglecting Gentle Bonds, which really needs my attention right now. But I'm so wrapped up in this other one that I can't find the motivation to work on GB lol. But for you guys' sakes, I'll have to pause and catch up on GB so it doesn't fall behind. 
          
          Anyways, just wanted to check in and let you all know that I am, in fact, still alive-- despite external (and internal?) forces trying to do me in. So that's all for now, just a quick update :)

          Also I am doing better now, so things will resume as normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hey guys. . . I'm not doing so great right now. Actually it's really bad to be honest. I can't even leave my bed. 
          
          It's affecting my writing. I'm sorry. I think I'm going to have to take some time to try and get back on my feet. 
          
          So the next update of Gentle Bonds will be missed. Mutt will continue for now.

Oh my gosh. . . So we have a winter storm moving through, and it's very possible our power will be out for somewhere around two weeks. So I'm going to continue updating as usual, but if I miss one and you don't hear from me, my power is out. I'm so sorry.
