One thing Date a Live fans seem to refuse to come to terms with.
One I know not everyone's a fan of Kurumi even she's the second most pushed character in there entire series but even of that was the case.
This isn't something like Neptunia where you can make Nep, Blanc, Vert or Noire shine individually because they're all great characters who can hold thier own because they been through a lot together.
Date a Live doesn't have the same staying power with its harem cast even if the story's infinitely better. There's as reason funny clock girl is favored more than anyone and before anyone asks let me ask you this.
Out of the 16 spirits introduced in the series whether it be Vn or the anime. Without looking anything up. How many can you remember by hand?
You're probably gonna get at least 11-15 right depending on what you guessed. Some easily more than others right?
Again, I don't mean to be a negative Nancy but there's a reason even in stories people get to even get excited at kurumis revealed with less attention even at the arc of the other spirits so it's essentially.
Shidohka, Origami, Kotori, Kurumi, Mio> Miku, Yuzuru, Kaguya, Nia, Natsumi, Mukuro> Mayuri , Rinne, Rio, Ren, Marina and Maria from most relevant to least relevant when it comes to any thing like fanart.
SOME of these characters have yet to receive merch even though they have been introduced to the series.
There's a good chance if I was to ask someone who casually watches this series any of the vn characters they probably wouldn't have a good idea who they are or what they even did unless they read the VNs which they mostly likely didn't even if they all available on Steam.
