Now how about if you add Cuphead, Mugman, Elder Kettle, Ms.Chalice and The Devil (from "The Cuphead Show") into your parody comedy book? Does that sound good to you?
You know:
The Devil as the antagonist
and
Cuphead, Mugman, Elder Kettle and Ms.Chalice as the protagonists.
But @CosmoKidRules can Cuphead, Mugman, Elder Kettle and Ms.Chalice (from "The Cuphead Show") still be in your story as the protagonists?

But I already am thinking of an antagonist though, but I can keep the devil in there. His role is the one who believes that the main character has witchcraft and tried to burn her alive with green flames.
He has a mini antagonist role. Does that sound good to you??
