Guys, seriously, don’t ask me to update stories, and don’t ask if a story has been abandoned. Most of my stories are already planned out start-to-finish, but every time I try to actually write them out I get writer’s block and as such fail to do so. If a story has gone a long time without getting an update, that’s because I am mentally incapable of writing more than I already have, not because I have given up on or forgotten about it.

It’s times like these that the fact that I lack the ability to feel grief is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because it doesn’t hit me too hard mentally, and a curse because I can’t feel what everyone else is, which makes it hard to empathize.

I’m fucking pissed. I was just forced to delete my Story Ideas fic over on AO3, because you’re apparently not allowed to have one of those due to it being “non-transformative”, and if you want to have an archive of story ideas, you have to use a “prompt-meme” which is not only completely ridiculous, but also almost impossible to navigate and use. As a result, I’m putting both accounts on pause for the foreseeable future.
