I’m planning to write a story (don’t know if I’ll out it on here) it’s kinda hetalia x countryhumans, the characters look like humans and have human names but they’re not human exactly. I need help with names. For Russia, Nikolai or Ivan? I am aiming for the meaning of characters and Ivan doesn’t match it but Nikolai might (it means victory of the people).  Ivan doesn’t have much nicknames but Nikolai can be Niko (good for English as it’s similar to the more English name Nico (also he gives vibes of Nico from Percy Jackson)) or Nik
