@Shadowofthyself Well, it is never nice for a reader to express dissatisfaction of you as a writer, however little it might be. So it did affect me a bit, but it's not anything substantial that will leave behind mental problems or anything like that. I'm glad that you are okey with it. It just feels so wrong to delete something someone had written and posted, so I'll try my best to mind it closely and never delete any of your messages again. No no no, it's not your fault at all! Feel free to message on my profile anytime, alot of my followers do it and I don't mind - even if they are spam messages. Yeah, you are right about the context. I just don't want my readers to think that I am getting complacent, conceited or expectant of their reads, votes and comments.

Shouda kept the original thread. Sorry that got you in heat. I understand how the wording couldve been taken wrongly, but it's not hard to deduce from the context that you just meant the reader will only keep reading if they're getting something out of the story, so it's a mutual benefit for the reader and writer. I'm pretty sure you didnt mean any disrespect, but ig some people may be more sensitive over it. I hope it wasn't that big of a deal and didnt affect your mental health or sumn.
