(I noticed)
Hmmm I think that the biggest step to take is accepting that the future is scary. I had no idea what I wanted to do when I graduated (I still don't, not really). I don't study, and I get anxious before exams like I couldn't have prevented my feeling. I get afraid that I didn't learn enough and won't be able to succeed down the road. But one of the most freeing things I did in my life was let go.
Taking a moment to step back and look at the big picture sounds obvious and stupid, but it's easy to forget doing. For me, it took going through every what if I could think of until my what if's were really stupid. Live while you're young, live in the present, take risks while you still can, all of that is valid.
But also, don't worry. Just, like, don't. Whenever things look bleak, there's always stuff you love and enjoy that can make you feel better. You've got this.
It's pretty easy once you figure out that you're awesome (^O^)/
