Since I have joined performing arts lowered my med doses, had 2 big dramatic events, wrote a new poem, made 5 new friends and I have a singing solo (in my first actual performance thats live and not me recording stuff because my friends said to). Anyone have tips for curly hair? My hairs naturally curly but the household I was raised in never taught me how to preserve the curls so idk what I'm doing but I love when my hair curls

            Oil you're hair and scalp
            
             Wash you're hair 2-3 times per week 
            
            Wear a bonnet to sleep or when you're at home doing nothing!! (This could be for all hair types!)
            
            I'm not professional these r just regular things most do 
            
            Oh and letting your hair have a break when flat ironed lots

Our right to exist shouldn't have to be political. My aunts ability to become a citizen shouldn't be political. Forcing religion shouldn't be a thing when I have religious trauma and ran out when I saw the whole wrestling team bring forced to pray. We shouldn't have to deal with this. SOME STUDENTS ONLY MEAL A DAY IS BEING TAKEN AWAY FOR FUCKS SAKE
