For those still in quarantine,
          
          I know this pandemic is a difficult challenge and it seems hard to overcome. I want you to know that you are not alone, not matter how many times you have heard it this year, its true. Experience is part of growth no matter how big or small it is, when you have experienced and grown there isn't really a way to go back to how the glow stick looked before it was cracked.
          
          Many people around me know that I cry often and that I am the queen of self-embarrassment but EVERYONE around me knows that I smile all the time no matter what happens. It's ok not to be ok. It's the world that makes vulnerability a part of shame. But know that its not.
          
          Be responisble for your own happiness and don't expect yourself to be responsible for others happiness or your happiness. That way you will never fail to smile and keep your head strong.
          
          You WILL be able to overcome this and laugh at this year when you look back at it in a few years. So keep that in mind and stay strong. Stay safe and be happy .
