Just venting because I am in fear and very sad..
I’ve never really been into politics, or cared who became president up until this year… as someone who’s mother and grandmother both have diabetes and absolutely have to have insulin, I am upset.. as someone who’s mother is disabled and lives off of SSI, knowing he wants to cut all of this, I am upset… as a person of color, a woman, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am upset…. To listen to this man speak so poorly about poc, middle class people, etc, to know what Project 2025 consist of and still think that it’s ok, is absolutely disgusting… having to work in customer service is about to be absolutely draining today. And what makes it worse is that I live in the south, ALABAMA to be exact. And another thing, to see so many BLACK people and honestly and PEOPLE OF COLOR stand by this man is the most heartbreaking thing. Knowing that he doesn’t give a fuck about us…I’m just over it honestly.. and it’s unbelievable.
