To me writing is an alternative way of putting all these thoughts and ideas onto paper. Writing has a unique flow, that you set at your on pace.  You begin this literary adventure, fresh. Whether you have everything planned out from start to finish, your ideas could instantly change. Even as an author/creator, you don't know what's going to happen next. That's when breaks and time away from a project is needed. It allows your brain to rest. However, when you do come back and skim over your work, (and I do this all the time) you think to yourself, "this part could be better" or, "no, this needs more/less. "I believe that's why I love writing stories. It's always changing, but unique in our own way.
