@spikkelchicken I used that app. My map was color splatter madness, but then I use FB to amass a horde of varying opinions. They keep me informed of the good stuff, and make for a nice sounding board. Variances in location provide a more rounded perspective.
          
          The people I am forced to spend most of my time around are contended to talk of nothing but cats, celebrities or sports. None of which can hold my interest for long. Without the wonders of the interwebs I'd lose my mind.

frighteningly so! Grumps had this nifty pad showing where all his friends were on the world... amazing to soo how far everyone is from one another yet we talk almost every day.
          
          it's the people right under my nose who are further away than my friends online!
