Is the contest still a thing, or has it been discontinued?

Hi! Are the Crimson Awards still open to submissions? I saw that the judges were already appointed, so I wondered if I could still enter. Also, could the slots in the Fantasy genre be extended to 25? I'd love to enter, but the only story I feel confident enough about is a fantasy book :)
