About Spider-Man Omniverse story,
          
          You think Deku only reads modern superhero media and the not old ones. Like he'll read something about a recent comic event involving Kitty Pryde and only to get reminded about Kitty saying Slurs in Uncanny X-Men comics in the 80s. 
          
          Also if Superboy Prime got added to the story, he would be mad that he's not the story cause he has more knowledge including beyond super hero genre,
          He could out-fanboy Deku, even Japanese media, like he'll know about Kamen Rider and more super robot & mecha genre stuff. Cause he's a bigger fan boy then deku.

Ok, look the Omniverse is full of stuff, if you saw the Kang talking with mysterious benefactor saying he couldn’t access the prime reality of the original characters. Because something beyond prevent it. Omniverse has some aspect of rule. In other world every prime universe of fiction we know are not seeing the Omniverse game.
            
            Also the boys will be involved in this story some other version of it. Is the Omniverse a lot of things going to get involved.

What about Naruto Equastian Shinobi. Fuu can still be helpful regarding her condition and also the punishment of Sasuke and Sakura as well as those who wronged Naruto and Fuu
