I'm back after a 3 years hiatus. I know nobody cares, but yes! It's time to finish my novel once and for all!

Is it OK to write and publish a chapter when you know it's a mediocre one? Well, I've been struggling with my story because no matter what I do, the chapters feel boring and uneventful. Idk how long it will take me to update, but I feel like it's better to take my time to create something decent instead of giving my readers a subpar product :/
