I saw one of your stories mentioned at the end of my current read and realised how long ago it was that we had contact with one another. I see from your last comment that you have been in the wars and hope that you are now on the mend, and that all is well with your family. I’m still recovering from the ‘slight fracture’ I was walking on for 2 weeks unknowingly lol But I’m still kicking. Writing has slowed due to increased arthritis pain in my hands and I’m nervous about the next promised story… a Demon Muse sequel. Glad you’re doing well and enjoying family.

Unfortunately, my health took a hit, or rather a fall. I slipped getting out of the bathtub a couple of weeks ago and messed up my knee and got a concussion. It’s taking me forever (all the rain makes my hands fist up in pain) I hope to be posting a chapter in the next day or two. Plus, I’m not sure if anyone knows, but I do a bit of research for this series. Wuhan, where it takes place is a real city. I had to do some research on locations for this chapter. I hope you’re doing better than me!

I’m getting better. ❤️‍ After the pneumonia, I had a severe allergic reaction to new laundry detergent my mom uses… my lungs  are crap ever since that bout of covid a few years ago. I had to play catchup with my youngest and his school work, but I’m finally getting time to write again! It

Oh man. Just got out of the Emergency Room. My lungs have been partially damaged by a mildew issue in our home. Been busy with Christmas shopping and Christmas things, and trying to get the boys caught up in school before the break starts on Friday. I feel guilty. I have not even started the next story yet.  I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas.

          would you consider writing a Shi Ying x Xie Yun story. I really appreciate those characters and I haven't found any good story with them. I sincerely enjoy your writing so so much and it would be lovely if you'd someday find the time and inspiration for such a book. Actually, my idea folder has 2 concepts with them!! One, while searching the 13 years for traces of Wei Ying, Lan Zhan meets Shi Ying and they mistake one another for their missing love, but quickly discover they only bear a physical resemblance. I really want to write that one ☝️ I think it would be so fun to the look-a-like characters meet and become friends while discussing their missing loves… who sound so much alike! ‍♀️
